Payments are accepted in the Traffic Office, by mail, telephone or online.
Payments in Person
You may make your payment in person at the Municipal Court during window hours – Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM excluding holidays (Cash, personal check, money order, certified check, cashier’s check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card).
Payments by Phone
You may make a credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card) via telephone (702) 346-5291 if your case is eligible.
Payments by Mail
You may mail your payment to the Mesquite Municipal Court, 500 Hillside Drive, Mesquite, NV 89027. Please include your case number with your payment to insure proper credit (Personal check, money order, certified check, or cashier’s check). Please do not send cash in the mail.
Payments must be made in U.S. Funds. Please do not send cash through the mail. If requesting a receipt for the payment, a self addressed stamped envelope must be provided.
DROP BOX: You may make your payment in person at the Municipal Court drop box located outside the entrance to the Justice Facility. Please include your case number with your payment to insure proper credit (Personal check, money order, certified check, or cashier’s check). Please make all cash payments in person.

You can check the top and bottom of your traffic violation and it should say the issuing party (Sheriff, Highway Patrol, Metro) and the county and court where the ticket will be handled. It is important to always check the deadline for appearance, which is typically shown on the bottom of citations. Failure to appear on or resolve before that date can result in a warrant.
